I use photographic work to inform my paintings. Often, as with 'For Frankenstein' these are heavily researched and planned before hand and are based in the tradition of representing the female nude, and purposefully challenge this lineage.
However, the photographs of myself in hospital here are actual photos of actual hospital stays and not posed for art purposes.
